Ambassadors
Acts as the Chamber liaison at Chamber and community events and encourages members participation in such events as well as encouraging new members involvement in Chamber functions.

Annual Gala
Promotes the Chamber by producing the Annual Gala, a fund raising event. Recognizes the Business of the Year, Citizen of the Year and Volunteer of the Year

Business After Hours
Arranges for the monthly After Hours Networking events held at member business locations.  Arranges for the monthly After Hours Networking events held at member business locations.

Business Development
Promotes the Katy area and serves as a catalyst for economic development efforts that have the potential to benefit all members of the greater Katy community.

Education
Provides leadership and coordination of  business development opportunities for members.  Support programs in the various educational institutions to encourage future leadership and job needs for the future.

Golf Tournament
Promotes the Chamber by producing the annual Golf Tournament

Government/ Legislative Affairs
Develops and implements strategies for lobbying and advocating Katy Area Chamber of Commerce positions with elected and appointed officials at the local, state and federal levels.  Plans and executes the bi-annual Katy Day in Austin.

Health and Wellness
Facilitates the health and wellness of the Katy community through education, programs and resources.

Health and Wellness Elder Care Committee
Comprised of Chamber members that aspire to promote activities in Katy that affect the Senior population. This committee has taken to heart programs and obstacles that need to be addressed to shed a positive light towards the elderly and people with disabilities in Katy.  

Health and Wellness Family Committee
Working to provide health objectives in a format that enables diverse groups to combine their efforts and work as a team. It is a road map to better health for all and can be used by many different people, professional organizations, and groups to improve health.

Membership
Supports efforts to increase the Chamber membership, and educate potential members about opportunities offered by the Chamber.

Mobility
Works to positively influence mobility issues that affect the quality of life in the greater Katy area.

Rice Harvest Festival
Arranges, promotes, and produces the annual Katy Rice Harvest Festival.
